These natural and handcrafted variations make each piece unique and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Photographs displayed on the website are provided for illustrative purposes. The essential dimensions and characteristics of each product are stated in its description.

5. Availability and Made-to-Order Production

Some pieces offered through our store are immediately available, while others may be manufactured after an order has been confirmed.

When a piece is not available in stock, production may take up to 4 weeks. This production period is added to the delivery time for the selected shipping method.

We reserve the right to limit available quantities, modify or discontinue a product, or cancel an order if a product can no longer be manufactured.

In such cases, the customer will be informed and any amount paid for the unavailable product will be refunded.

6. Orders

The display of a product on our website does not constitute a final guarantee of availability.

An order is considered accepted after payment has been confirmed and an order confirmation email has been sent.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in circumstances including:

• An obvious error in the price or product description

• The unavailability of the product or the materials required to manufacture it

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method

• Incomplete or incorrect billing or delivery information

• An order placed for unauthorized resale purposes

If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled by Kreoli Bijoux, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

KREOLI SARL cannot be held responsible for a delay or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes are included or calculated at checkout according to the relevant laws and the order’s destination.

Shipping costs are displayed before the order is finally confirmed.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment must be made using one of the methods offered during checkout. An order may not be confirmed until payment has been authorized.

9. Shipping

We ship our jewelry worldwide.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, selected shipping method, customs inspections or circumstances beyond our control.

When a piece needs to be manufactured, production may take up to 4 weeks before shipment.

Available shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

10. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or processing fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Customers are responsible for checking the import regulations applicable in their country.

11. Returns and Refunds

Our return, exchange and refund conditions are described in our Refund and Return Policy.

Standard jewelry may be returned within the period provided by that policy and applicable law.

Personalized jewelry or pieces manufactured according to a customer’s individual specifications cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged, defective or do not conform to the order.

This restriction does not necessarily apply to jewelry that is simply manufactured after an order is placed when it corresponds to our standard designs and specifications.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable law.

12. Warranty and Defective Products

Customers must inspect their parcel and jewelry as soon as they receive them.

If a product is damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer should promptly contact us at kreoli.assistance@icloud.com, providing the order number and photographs of the product and its packaging.

After reviewing the request, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a repair, replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable law.

All mandatory legal warranties available to consumers remain fully applicable.

13. Jewelry Care and Use

The care instructions provided with our jewelry or published on our website must be followed to preserve its appearance and quality.

KREOLI SARL cannot be held responsible for deterioration resulting from:
