Shipping Policy

We ship our jewelry worldwide. As Kreoli Bijoux is also a jewelry manufacturer, some pieces displayed on our online store may be specially made after your order is placed.

Availability and Processing Times

Jewelry Available in Stock

When a piece of jewelry is available in our store, the estimated total preparation and delivery time is generally 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the destination and the selected shipping method.

Made-to-Order Jewelry

When a piece is no longer available in stock, we may manufacture it especially for you.

Production may take up to 4 weeks. Once the piece is completed, it will be shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout.

The total estimated time may therefore be approximately 5 to 6 weeks:

Up to 4 weeks for production
The applicable transit time for the selected shipping method

We will inform you if your jewelry needs to be manufactured and if additional time is required.

The delivery times below are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped. They do not include any production time that may be required.

France

Standard shipping with La Poste: €15
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 business days
Free standard shipping on orders of €150 or more

Europe

Standard shipping with La Poste: €15
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 business days
Express shipping with Chronopost: €25
Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 business days

Outside Europe

International shipping with DHL: €35
Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the available tracking information for your parcel.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided when placing an order is complete and accurate. Kreoli Bijoux cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays beyond our control may occur, particularly during busy periods, customs inspections, adverse weather conditions or carrier disruptions.

Customs Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the order price or shipping costs and remain the responsibility of the customer.
